At ICON Laser, we take your safety very seriously and have developed clear protocols to help reduce any chance of contracting a virus during your visit. The following protocol describes both the steps you will be asked to follow and the steps we follow to ensure your safety.



Once you arrive at our building for your appointment, we request that you wait outside until you receive a text indicating that we are ready for you. Upon receipt of the text, please make your way to our waiting area on the third floor. You will be required to wear a mask to enter the building and during the duration of your appointment except for facial treatments. We will provide you with a mask in case you do not have one with you. Our team will also be wearing a respirator mask and face shield during your entire visit, as well as medical gloves.



Before you enter the treatment room, we will have performed a full disinfection of every surface including the floor, treatment table, countertops and our laser. We use medical grade disinfectants used to clean doctors' offices and surgery centers.



Once in the treatment room we will provide you hand sanitizing gel. We will then complete any remaining paperwork together.



After treatment we will provide hand sanitizer again, and escort you to the lobby.
